Carly Gordon is an oboist and writer based in South Florida. She holds degrees in oboe performance from the Eastman School of Music and McGill University, and a degree in cognitive science from the University of Rochester. Having performed with the Eastman Opera Theatre Orchestra and Against the Grain Theatre, Carly is excited to cover the South Florida opera scene for Schmopera this season.
